魯昕列舉(ju)了人社部發(fa)布(bu)的(de)數字經濟背景下市場需求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)迫切(qie)的(de)39個(ge)新(xin)(xin)職業(ye)(ye),通過分析(xi)(xi)新(xin)(xin)職業(ye)(ye)、新(xin)(xin)知(zhi)識(shi)、新(xin)(xin)技術(shu)、新(xin)(xin)技能(neng),突(tu)顯出工(gong)(gong)(gong)作場景變化對“雙高(gao)(gao)”專業(ye)(ye)建設提出的(de)要求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)。最后,魯昕通過對工(gong)(gong)(gong)信部人才交流中心發(fa)布(bu)的(de)《工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯網(wang)產業(ye)(ye)人才崗(gang)位(wei)能(neng)力要求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)》分析(xi)(xi),展示了工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯網(wang)產業(ye)(ye)人才8個(ge)方向41個(ge)崗(gang)位(wei)的(de)4項(xiang)能(neng)力要求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu),系統總(zong)結了人工(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發(fa)展對高(gao)(gao)等教育動手能(neng)力數字化和實訓基地(di)虛擬化轉型的(de)呼喚。
魯昕(xin)希望,在(zai)(zai)“雙區(qu)”建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)的背(bei)景下,“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)的過程中,深(shen)職院作(zuo)為“雙高”中的“雙高”,要充(chong)分(fen)探(tan)討(tao)如何在(zai)(zai)粵港澳大灣區(qu)的政策環境、在(zai)(zai)新一代信息技術的創新文化、在(zai)(zai)深(shen)職院的工科(ke)特色中發揮積極作(zuo)用,構建(jian)(jian)新知(zhi)識體系(xi),構建(jian)(jian)新課程體系(xi),顛覆專業結構,培(pei)養復合(he)性人才,成為名副其實的世界一流職業技術學院。
楊欣斌在(zai)總結(jie)中表(biao)示,魯昕會長的(de)報告(gao)(gao)站(zhan)位高遠(yuan)、視野開闊,理論深(shen)厚、邏輯嚴密,觀點鮮明、素材(cai)豐富,聚(ju)焦問題、貼近實(shi)際(ji),特別是結(jie)合我校(xiao)“雙高”建(jian)設、專業設置和產(chan)教(jiao)融合的(de)情況提(ti)出(chu)具(ju)體(ti)的(de)指導意見,對于推動學校(xiao)數字(zi)化轉(zhuan)型,落(luo)(luo)實(shi)好“雙高”建(jian)設,科學謀劃“十(shi)四五(wu)”期間的(de)思路(lu)和舉(ju)措,具(ju)有重要的(de)指導意義。楊欣斌要求各單位深(shen)刻領會、深(shen)入(ru)研究魯昕會長的(de)報告(gao)(gao)精神,結(jie)合實(shi)際(ji)抓好貫徹(che)落(luo)(luo)實(shi),努(nu)力在(zai)“雙高”建(jian)設中走在(zai)前列(lie),爭當(dang)職業教(jiao)育創新(xin)發(fa)展的(de)先行者。
