魯昕:人工智能驅動“雙高”全新領域的全面建設

為深入推進學校數(shu)字化轉型,高質(zhi)量落(luo)實好“雙(shuang)高”建設(she)各項任務,6月28日,深圳職業技術(shu)學院舉行黨委(wei)(wei)理論學習中心組(擴大)學習會(hui),特別邀請全(quan)國政協(xie)委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)、中國職業技術(shu)教(jiao)育學會(hui)會(hui)長、教(jiao)育部原副部長魯昕(xin)在京聯線,作題為《人工(gong)智能與經濟學:“雙(shuang)高”建設(she)全(quan)新領域的全(quan)面建設(she)》專題報告。會(hui)議由校黨委(wei)(wei)書記、校長楊(yang)欣斌主持。

習近平總書(shu)記高度重(zhong)視人工(gong)智能(neng)發(fa)展,認為“人工(gong)智能(neng)是引領(ling)新一輪科技革命(ming)和(he)產業變革的重(zhong)要驅(qu)動(dong)力”,“把握全球人工(gong)智能(neng)發(fa)展態勢,找(zhao)準突破口和(he)主攻方(fang)向,培養大(da)批具有(you)創(chuang)新能(neng)力和(he)合作(zuo)精(jing)神的人工(gong)智能(neng)高端(duan)人才是教育的重(zhong)要使命(ming)”。

魯昕(xin)列舉了人社部(bu)發布的(de)數字(zi)(zi)經濟(ji)背景(jing)下市(shi)場需求迫(po)切的(de)39個(ge)新(xin)職業(ye),通過分(fen)析新(xin)職業(ye)、新(xin)知識(shi)、新(xin)技術(shu)、新(xin)技能(neng)(neng),突顯出(chu)工作場景(jing)變化(hua)對(dui)“雙高(gao)”專業(ye)建(jian)設(she)提出(chu)的(de)要求。最后,魯昕(xin)通過對(dui)工信(xin)部(bu)人才(cai)交流中(zhong)心發布的(de)《工業(ye)互聯網產(chan)業(ye)人才(cai)崗(gang)位(wei)能(neng)(neng)力要求》分(fen)析,展示了工業(ye)互聯網產(chan)業(ye)人才(cai)8個(ge)方向41個(ge)崗(gang)位(wei)的(de)4項能(neng)(neng)力要求,系統總結了人工智能(neng)(neng)發展對(dui)高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)育動手能(neng)(neng)力數字(zi)(zi)化(hua)和實訓(xun)基(ji)地虛擬(ni)化(hua)轉型(xing)的(de)呼喚(huan)。

魯(lu)昕希望,在(zai)(zai)“雙區(qu)”建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)(de)背景下(xia),“雙高”建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)(de)過程中,深職(zhi)院作為(wei)“雙高”中的(de)(de)(de)(de)“雙高”,要充分探討(tao)如何在(zai)(zai)粵港澳大灣區(qu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)政策環境、在(zai)(zai)新一(yi)(yi)代信息技(ji)術的(de)(de)(de)(de)創新文(wen)化、在(zai)(zai)深職(zhi)院的(de)(de)(de)(de)工科特色(se)中發揮(hui)積極作用,構建(jian)新知識體(ti)系,構建(jian)新課程體(ti)系,顛覆專業結構,培養復(fu)合性人才(cai),成(cheng)為(wei)名副其實的(de)(de)(de)(de)世(shi)界一(yi)(yi)流職(zhi)業技(ji)術學(xue)院。

楊(yang)欣斌(bin)在(zai)總結中(zhong)表示,魯(lu)(lu)昕會(hui)長(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)報告站位高(gao)遠、視野開(kai)闊,理論深(shen)(shen)厚、邏輯嚴密,觀點鮮明、素材豐富,聚焦(jiao)問題、貼近實際(ji),特(te)別是結合我校(xiao)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建(jian)設(she)、專業(ye)設(she)置(zhi)和產教融合的(de)(de)情況提出具(ju)體的(de)(de)指(zhi)導意(yi)見,對于推動學校(xiao)數字化(hua)轉型,落(luo)實好(hao)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建(jian)設(she),科學謀劃“十四五”期間(jian)的(de)(de)思路和舉措,具(ju)有重要(yao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)導意(yi)義。楊(yang)欣斌(bin)要(yao)求各單位深(shen)(shen)刻(ke)領會(hui)、深(shen)(shen)入(ru)研究魯(lu)(lu)昕會(hui)長(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)報告精神,結合實際(ji)抓(zhua)好(hao)貫徹落(luo)實,努力在(zai)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)走在(zai)前列,爭當職業(ye)教育創新(xin)發(fa)展的(de)(de)先行者(zhe)。

整場報告歷時(shi)兩個半小時(shi),全校共300余(yu)人參加(jia)學習(xi),其(qi)中(zhong),全體專業主任、教研室(shi)(shi)主任、實訓室(shi)(shi)主任在(zai)會(hui)場進行(xing)集中(zhong)學習(xi);全體校領導、黨委(wei)委(wei)員,全體中(zhong)層干部通過騰(teng)訊會(hui)議系統(tong)進行(xing)線(xian)上(shang)學習(xi)。
