為(wei)深入(ru)推進(jin)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)數字化轉(zhuan)型,高質(zhi)量(liang)落實好“雙(shuang)高”建設(she)各項(xiang)任務,6月28日(ri),深圳(zhen)職業(ye)(ye)技術學(xue)院舉行(xing)黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)理論學(xue)習中(zhong)心組(擴大)學(xue)習會,特別邀請全(quan)國(guo)政協委(wei)員(yuan)、中(zhong)國(guo)職業(ye)(ye)技術教(jiao)育學(xue)會會長、教(jiao)育部原副(fu)部長魯昕(xin)在(zai)京聯線(xian),作(zuo)題(ti)為(wei)《人工智能與經濟學(xue):“雙(shuang)高”建設(she)全(quan)新(xin)領域(yu)的全(quan)面(mian)建設(she)》專題(ti)報(bao)告。會議(yi)由校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)書(shu)記、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長楊欣斌(bin)主持。

習近(jin)平總書記高(gao)度重視人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發(fa)展(zhan),認為“人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)是引領新一輪(lun)科技革命和產業變(bian)革的(de)(de)重要(yao)驅動(dong)力”,“把握全球(qiu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發(fa)展(zhan)態勢(shi),找準突破口和主(zhu)攻方向(xiang),培養大批(pi)具(ju)有創新能(neng)力和合(he)作精神(shen)的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)高(gao)端人(ren)(ren)(ren)才是教(jiao)育的(de)(de)重要(yao)使命”。

魯昕列舉了人社部(bu)發(fa)布的數字經濟背景(jing)下(xia)市場需求(qiu)(qiu)迫切的39個新(xin)職業(ye)(ye),通過分(fen)析新(xin)職業(ye)(ye)、新(xin)知識(shi)、新(xin)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、新(xin)技(ji)(ji)能(neng),突顯出(chu)工(gong)作(zuo)場景(jing)變化對“雙高”專業(ye)(ye)建設提出(chu)的要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)。最后,魯昕通過對工(gong)信部(bu)人才交(jiao)流中心發(fa)布的《工(gong)業(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人才崗(gang)(gang)位能(neng)力要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)》分(fen)析,展示了工(gong)業(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人才8個方(fang)向41個崗(gang)(gang)位的4項(xiang)能(neng)力要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),系統總結了人工(gong)智能(neng)發(fa)展對高等教(jiao)育(yu)動手(shou)能(neng)力數字化和(he)實訓(xun)基地虛(xu)擬化轉型的呼喚。

魯昕希望,在“雙(shuang)區”建(jian)設的(de)背景下,“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建(jian)設的(de)過程(cheng)中,深職院作(zuo)為“雙(shuang)高(gao)”中的(de)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”,要充(chong)分探討如何(he)在粵港澳大灣區的(de)政(zheng)策環境(jing)、在新一代信息(xi)技術的(de)創新文化、在深職院的(de)工科特(te)色中發揮積極作(zuo)用,構(gou)建(jian)新知識體系,構(gou)建(jian)新課程(cheng)體系,顛覆專業結構(gou),培(pei)養復合性人(ren)才,成為名副其實的(de)世(shi)界一流(liu)職業技術學院。

楊欣(xin)(xin)斌在總結(jie)中表示(shi),魯(lu)昕(xin)會(hui)(hui)長的(de)報告站(zhan)位(wei)高遠、視野開闊,理論深厚、邏輯(ji)嚴密,觀點鮮(xian)明、素材豐富(fu),聚焦問題(ti)、貼近實(shi)際(ji),特(te)別是結(jie)合(he)我校(xiao)“雙高”建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)、專業設(she)(she)(she)置(zhi)和產教融合(he)的(de)情況(kuang)提出具體的(de)指導意(yi)見,對于推動學校(xiao)數字化轉型,落(luo)實(shi)好(hao)“雙高”建(jian)設(she)(she)(she),科學謀劃“十四五”期間的(de)思(si)路和舉措,具有重要的(de)指導意(yi)義。楊欣(xin)(xin)斌要求各單(dan)位(wei)深刻領會(hui)(hui)、深入研究魯(lu)昕(xin)會(hui)(hui)長的(de)報告精神,結(jie)合(he)實(shi)際(ji)抓好(hao)貫徹落(luo)實(shi),努力(li)在“雙高”建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)中走在前列,爭當職業教育創新發展的(de)先行者。
