[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書特有的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化底(di)蘊(yun)和(he)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化地位,對整個社會的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化大發(fa)展,甚而(er)對經(jing)濟、科(ke)研(yan)(yan)、社會文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明等方面的(de)(de)進(jin)步(bu)起(qi)著(zhu)舉足輕重的(de)(de)作用(yong)。圖(tu)書館(guan)作為古今中外最重要(yao)的(de)(de)藏(zang)書場所、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化天地,肩(jian)負著(zhu)特別的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化使命(ming)和(he)任務。高校圖(tu)書館(guan)在為教學科(ke)研(yan)(yan)服務的(de)(de)同時,更(geng)有著(zhu)直(zhi)接參與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化育(yu)人的(de)(de)重要(yao)使命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復(fu)合(he)(he)式(shi)創新(xin)型高素質高技(ji)(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)”,是新(xin)時期對職業院(yuan)校提出的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)要求,符合(he)(he)市(shi)場對新(xin)型技(ji)(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也切合(he)(he)技(ji)(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)未來發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)方向。全面推進(jin)“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合(he)(he)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養模式(shi)改革,對職業院(yuan)校的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展與教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學提出了新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)挑戰,也說(shuo)明了新(xin)型技(ji)(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)復(fu)雜性。作為(wei)傳統的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)主體部(bu)門、教(jiao)學輔助(zhu)單位,圖書館理當主動參(can)與到(dao)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作中。

  從單一(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)專業(ye)要(yao)求到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)或專業(ye)群要(yao)求,從適應(ying)崗位到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)工(gong)作創(chuang)新,從“工(gong)具(ju)”人(ren)(ren)到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)以(yi)人(ren)(ren)為(wei)本(ben)綜合(he)發展(zhan)(zhan),現(xian)代(dai)(dai)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)理(li)念與定位有(you)根本(ben)性轉變(bian),對高(gao)校圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館而(er)言,自身定位與工(gong)作責任必須進行變(bian)革。第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi),努力(li)拓展(zhan)(zhan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)內(nei)涵(han),必須要(yao)跳出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)看(kan)(kan)到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)新文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升華到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)育人(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館要(yao)以(yi)育人(ren)(ren)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)資源建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)和服(fu)務(wu)提升,依復合(he)型、創(chuang)新型要(yao)求來采購圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)、完善(shan)閱讀環(huan)境(jing),開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)多層次的(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu),更要(yao)走出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館,參(can)與到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)育人(ren)(ren)工(gong)作的(de)(de)第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)線。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館可以(yi)全程(cheng)介(jie)入教(jiao)(jiao)與學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)整個(ge)過程(cheng),從而(er)在實踐中(zhong)(zhong)使圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)內(nei)涵(han)與外延(yan),著(zhu)力(li)推動校園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)大(da)發展(zhan)(zhan)。第(di)(di)二(er),著(zhu)力(li)打造新型的(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校園(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)展(zhan)(zhan)開(kai),不(bu)僅是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)養課程(cheng)的(de)(de)開(kai)設(she)(she)問題,更重要(yao)的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環(huan)境(jing)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)新渠道的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)問題,推進書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校園(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)重要(yao)的(de)(de)切入點。要(yao)讓學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)、看(kan)(kan)書(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)之香(xiang)(xiang)彌漫校園(yuan),使校園(yuan)人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁(yu)。第(di)(di)三,不(bu)斷放(fang)大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)功能。學(xue)(xue)校文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)與創(chuang)新十分重要(yao),書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)(shi)校園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重要(yao)部分。在書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校園(yuan)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)中(zhong)(zhong),應(ying)該根據時代(dai)(dai)需(xu)要(yao)、學(xue)(xue)校特色,組織各方(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)力(li)量,從不(bu)同角(jiao)度完善(shan)、充實、放(fang)大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)功能。要(yao)將教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、研究、社(she)會(hui)服(fu)務(wu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)全面(mian)成長(chang)相結合(he),激勵教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)投(tou)身于文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新創(chuang)造中(zhong)(zhong)來。抓住(zhu)德(de)(de)育的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育主線,用不(bu)同形(xing)式和方(fang)法提高(gao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)社(she)會(hui)公(gong)德(de)(de)、職業(ye)道德(de)(de)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)德(de)(de)。要(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝(ning)聚上(shang)升到(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)大(da)學(xue)(xue)精(jing)神(shen)(shen),以(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)基礎,逐步形(xing)成學(xue)(xue)校獨(du)有(you)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風格(ge)與精(jing)神(shen)(shen)內(nei)核,塑造學(xue)(xue)生(sheng),提升學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)養。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入(ru)落(luo)實(shi)“文(wen)(wen)化育人”的(de)人才(cai)培養理念(nian),一(yi)方面(mian)要(yao)求圖書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化升華拓展,衍進到書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化,進而推動書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)園,促進校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)化大發展,另一(yi)方面(mian)也從文(wen)(wen)化建設的(de)角度對圖書(shu)(shu)館的(de)具體工作(zuo)提出了新的(de)要(yao)求。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)是(shi)(shi)(shi)圖書館永恒的(de)主題,今后(hou)應有(you)三個轉變,一是(shi)(shi)(shi)重(zhong)視(shi)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內(nei)涵,二是(shi)(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)(shi)(shi)重(zhong)點(dian)抓(zhua)好特色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)。圖書資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)實則是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),是(shi)(shi)(shi)書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)。為(wei)形成資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對(dui)性(xing)、有(you)效性(xing)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特色(se),應進(jin)一步(bu)與學校(xiao)各(ge)部(bu)門及校(xiao)外單位合作(zuo),加(jia)強(qiang)合作(zuo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),加(jia)強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專題如職(zhi)業(ye)素(su)養、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)(shou)藏(zang)(zang),一旦形成規模,就進(jin)行歸納整(zheng)理,集(ji)中收(shou)(shou)藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)立專題文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購(gou)中,應有(you)意識地(di)進(jin)行專題采購(gou),形成特色(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書。也可發(fa)揮博物館功能,收(shou)(shou)集(ji)地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非物質遺產,接受私人專題藏(zang)(zang)品,形成專題數(shu)據庫或(huo)特藏(zang)(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)是服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳統圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比(bi)較簡單(dan),而現代圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注重文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing),通過(guo)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響師生,通過(guo)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關鍵要(yao)做(zuo)到服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立(li)一套(tao)基本的(de)能滿足(zu)讀(du)者(zhe)需求的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體系,在(zai)此基礎上(shang)(shang),要(yao)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展(zhan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信息的(de)個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教(jiao)師或重點(dian)團隊在(zai)縱深層次的(de)教(jiao)學科研活動中對文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信息的(de)個(ge)性(xing)需求,其次要(yao)在(zai)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態(tai)度、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方法(fa)上(shang)(shang)下功(gong)夫,引(yin)進(jin)新技術(shu)讓服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短信、聊天群、手機(ji)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)等,促進(jin)與讀(du)者(zhe)的(de)信息交流(liu),文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣開文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)——拓寬(kuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺(tai)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校園師生(sheng)最重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)集(ji)之(zhi)地。面向未來,我們提出除了要把圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建成資源信息中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)之(zhi)外(wai),還(huan)要建成學(xue)習交流中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)和(he)宣傳教育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin),實現由傳統大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流、現代(dai)、新型(xing)(xing)大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)轉型(xing)(xing)。這種轉型(xing)(xing)實際上(shang)賦予(yu)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功能(neng),不斷拓寬(kuan)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)平(ping)臺(tai),成為學(xue)校育(yu)人的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要渠道(dao)。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好(hao)常(chang)規服務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)同時,大(da)量舉辦(ban)主(zhu)題(ti)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介、閱讀沙龍、專題(ti)講座、書(shu)評競賽和(he)技能(neng)比賽等,保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月(yue)有(you)新的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頻(pin)率(lv),通過(guo)教師的(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)俱樂部與學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)讀者協(xie)會,與師生(sheng)建立了廣泛的(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要不斷把館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)搞(gao)好(hao)搞(gao)精彩,還(huan)要走出館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深(shen)入(ru)校園,并且走出校門,配合(he)教學(xue)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)或師生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)專題(ti)活(huo)(huo)動(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)。
