圖(tu)書(shu)特有的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)底蘊(yun)和文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)地位,對整個社會的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發展,甚(shen)而對經濟、科研(yan)、社會文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明等方(fang)面的(de)進步(bu)起著(zhu)舉(ju)足輕(qing)重(zhong)的(de)作(zuo)用。圖(tu)書(shu)館作(zuo)為古今中外最重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)藏書(shu)場所(suo)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)天地,肩負著(zhu)特別的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)使(shi)命(ming)和任務。高校圖(tu)書(shu)館在為教學科研(yan)服務的(de)同時,更有著(zhu)直(zhi)接參(can)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)使(shi)命(ming)。
技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培養(yang)“復(fu)(fu)合(he)式(shi)創新(xin)(xin)型(xing)高素質(zhi)高技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)時期(qi)對(dui)職業院(yuan)校提出的(de)新(xin)(xin)要求,符合(he)市場(chang)對(dui)新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)新(xin)(xin)變(bian)化(hua),也切合(he)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)未(wei)來發展(zhan)的(de)方向。全(quan)面(mian)推(tui)進“文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、復(fu)(fu)合(he)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培養(yang)模式(shi)改(gai)革,對(dui)職業院(yuan)校的(de)發展(zhan)與教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)提出了(le)新(xin)(xin)的(de)挑(tiao)戰,也說(shuo)明(ming)了(le)新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)復(fu)(fu)雜性(xing)。作為傳統(tong)的(de)文化(hua)主(zhu)體部門、教(jiao)學(xue)輔助單位,圖書館(guan)理當主(zhu)動參(can)與到文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作中(zhong)。
從(cong)單一的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)業要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科或專(zhuan)業群要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),從(cong)適應崗位到(dao)(dao)工(gong)作(zuo)創(chuang)新,從(cong)“工(gong)具”人(ren)到(dao)(dao)以(yi)人(ren)為本綜合(he)發展(zhan),現代(dai)技能(neng)人(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)(de)理念與(yu)(yu)定位有根本性轉(zhuan)變,對高校(xiao)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)而(er)(er)言,自身定位與(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)責任必須(xu)進行變革(ge)。第一,努力拓展(zhan)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵,必須(xu)要(yao)(yao)跳出圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)看(kan)(kan)到(dao)(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)新文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)(sheng)華到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)。圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)(yao)以(yi)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)為中(zhong)(zhong)心開展(zhan)資源建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)和服(fu)務(wu)提升(sheng)(sheng),依復合(he)型、創(chuang)新型要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)來(lai)采購圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)、完(wan)(wan)善閱(yue)讀(du)環(huan)境,開展(zhan)多層次的(de)(de)(de)(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu),更要(yao)(yao)走出圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan),參與(yu)(yu)到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)第一線。圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)可以(yi)全程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)介入教(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)個過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),從(cong)而(er)(er)在實(shi)踐中(zhong)(zhong)使圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),擴(kuo)大(da)(da)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵與(yu)(yu)外延(yan),著力推動校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)發展(zhan)。第二,著力打造(zao)新型的(de)(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)開,不僅是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)素養課程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開設(she)問題,更重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)(da)環(huan)境與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)新渠道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)問題,推進書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),是一個重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)切(qie)入點。要(yao)(yao)讓學(xue)(xue)(xue)生愛(ai)書(shu)(shu)(shu)、看(kan)(kan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)(shu)之香彌漫(man)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),使校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)人(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣(qi)息濃郁。第三,不斷(duan)放大(da)(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)與(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新十(shi)分(fen)重要(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)是校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)重要(yao)(yao)部分(fen)。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)中(zhong)(zhong),應該根據時代(dai)需要(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)特色,組(zu)織各方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)力量,從(cong)不同(tong)角(jiao)度(du)完(wan)(wan)善、充實(shi)、放大(da)(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)功(gong)能(neng)。要(yao)(yao)將教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、研究、社會服(fu)務(wu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生全面成長相結合(he),激(ji)勵教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)投身于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新創(chuang)造(zao)中(zhong)(zhong)來(lai)。抓住德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)主線,用不同(tong)形式和方法提高學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)社會公德(de)、職業道(dao)德(de)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)品德(de)。要(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚(ju)上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)精(jing)神(shen),以(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)為基礎,逐步(bu)形成學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)獨有的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)品牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)風格與(yu)(yu)精(jing)神(shen)內(nei)核,塑造(zao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生,提升(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)素養。
文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實(shi)“文(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)”的人(ren)才培養(yang)理念,一方面要求圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)升(sheng)華拓展(zhan),衍(yan)進(jin)到書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua),進(jin)而推動書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校園(yuan),促進(jin)校園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)大發(fa)展(zhan),另一方面也從文(wen)化(hua)建設(she)的角度對(dui)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的具(ju)體工作提出(chu)了新的要求。
1、豐(feng)富(fu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設是(shi)圖(tu)書館(guan)永恒(heng)的(de)主題(ti)(ti),今后應有三(san)個(ge)轉變,一是(shi)重(zhong)視資源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵(han),二是(shi)要(yao)優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結(jie)構(gou),三(san)是(shi)重(zhong)點抓好(hao)特(te)(te)(te)(te)色資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設。圖(tu)書資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設實則(ze)是(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,是(shi)書香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)。為形成(cheng)(cheng)資源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對性(xing)、有效(xiao)性(xing)與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)(te)(te)色,應進(jin)一步與學校(xiao)(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)(xiao)外單位(wei)合作,加強合作資源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)(te)(te)(te)色資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,加強文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)如職業素養(yang)、地方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高(gao)職文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收藏(zang)(zang),一旦形成(cheng)(cheng)規模(mo),就進(jin)行歸納整理,集(ji)中收藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)文(wen)庫。日常采(cai)購(gou)中,應有意(yi)識地進(jin)行專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)采(cai)購(gou),形成(cheng)(cheng)特(te)(te)(te)(te)色文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書。也可發揮博(bo)物館(guan)功能(neng),收集(ji)地方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資料、非物質遺產,接受私人專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品(pin),形成(cheng)(cheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)數(shu)據庫或特(te)(te)(te)(te)藏(zang)(zang)室。
2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅(mei)力。圖書(shu)館(guan)是(shi)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳(chuan)統(tong)圖書(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現(xian)代(dai)圖書(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注重文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師生,通過(guo)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立一(yi)套基本的(de)(de)能滿(man)足讀者需求的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系(xi),在此基礎上(shang),要強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖書(shu)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教(jiao)師或重點團(tuan)隊在縱深層次的(de)(de)教(jiao)學科(ke)研活動(dong)中對(dui)文獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性需求,其次要在服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上(shang)下功夫(fu),引(yin)進新技(ji)術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高(gao),服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范(fan)圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短(duan)信(xin)、聊天群、手機圖書(shu)館(guan)、虛擬圖書(shu)館(guan)等,促進與(yu)讀者的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)交流,文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。
3、廣開文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)——拓(tuo)寬文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是(shi)校(xiao)園(yuan)師(shi)生最重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)聚集(ji)之(zhi)地(di)。面向未(wei)來(lai),我們提出(chu)除(chu)了要(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建成資源信(xin)息中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)之(zhi)外,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)建成學(xue)習交流中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)和宣(xuan)傳教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),實(shi)現(xian)由傳統大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向一流、現(xian)代、新型(xing)大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型(xing)。這種轉(zhuan)型(xing)實(shi)際上(shang)賦予(yu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功能(neng),不斷拓(tuo)寬圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)平臺,成為學(xue)校(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)渠道。近年(nian)來(lai),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做好常規服(fu)務的(de)(de)同時(shi),大(da)量舉辦主題(ti)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展覽(lan)、館(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱(yue)讀沙龍、專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)講座(zuo)、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評(ping)競(jing)賽(sai)和技(ji)能(neng)比賽(sai)等,保持了館(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月有(you)新的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)的(de)(de)頻(pin)率,通過(guo)教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學(xue)生的(de)(de)讀者(zhe)協會,與(yu)師(shi)生建立(li)了廣泛的(de)(de)聯系。以(yi)后(hou),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不斷把館(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)搞好搞精(jing)彩,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)走出(chu)館(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入校(xiao)園(yuan),并且走出(chu)校(xiao)門,配合(he)教(jiao)學(xue)活動(dong)或(huo)師(shi)生的(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)活動(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務。
協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
文化育人(ren)與協(xie)(xie)同(tong)育人(ren)、復合(he)育人(ren)是(shi)(shi)緊密聯(lian)(lian)系(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)時(shi)期圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館文化育人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),關鍵(jian)也在(zai)于(yu)協(xie)(xie)同(tong)。協(xie)(xie),即協(xie)(xie)調(diao)、協(xie)(xie)作(zuo)、協(xie)(xie)助,強(qiang)調(diao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)合(he)作(zuo)、互助、配(pei)合(he),是(shi)(shi)相(xiang)互的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)支持(chi)與補(bu)充。同(tong),即同(tong)行、同(tong)心(xin)(xin)、同(tong)力(li),強(qiang)調(diao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)共同(tong)行動(dong)(dong)(dong)、共同(tong)目標、共同(tong)利益,齊心(xin)(xin)協(xie)(xie)力(li)。協(xie)(xie)與同(tong)結合(he),注重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)整體創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),系(xi)(xi)統(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),強(qiang)調(diao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)全員力(li)量,相(xiang)互配(pei)合(he)。協(xie)(xie)同(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文化育人(ren)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),首先(xian)要準確定位(wei),不(bu)越位(wei)。在(zai)學(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)總體創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要是(shi)(shi)要做好(hao)配(pei)角(jiao),做好(hao)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)信息基礎(chu)資源的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)保(bao)障服(fu)務。能(neng)(neng)保(bao)持(chi)清醒的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)頭腦(nao),又持(chi)有(you)熱情(qing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)態度(du),認真做好(hao)自身工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。其次要謀求主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong),不(bu)被動(dong)(dong)(dong)。創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)過程是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)個復雜的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)互聯(lian)(lian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi)常動(dong)(dong)(dong)態變(bian)(bian)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)過程,在(zai)某(mou)一(yi)(yi)方面某(mou)一(yi)(yi)時(shi)刻,創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)度(du)、主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)體可(ke)能(neng)(neng)會發生變(bian)(bian)化,配(pei)角(jiao)也可(ke)能(neng)(neng)變(bian)(bian)為主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)角(jiao)。從(cong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)工(gong)(gong)程看,任(ren)何一(yi)(yi)個部(bu)(bu)分(fen)都(dou)是(shi)(shi)非常重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),配(pei)角(jiao)或輔助的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)沒(mei)做好(hao),必將(jiang)影響整個創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)效果。同(tong)時(shi),在(zai)協(xie)(xie)同(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)還有(you)一(yi)(yi)個工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)態度(du)問題(ti),對配(pei)角(jiao)或輔助單位(wei)來(lai)說,我們應(ying)當持(chi)一(yi)(yi)種主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、積極的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)態度(du)參與創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)資源建設應(ying)當是(shi)(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)溝(gou)通教(jiao)學(xue)科(ke)研人(ren)員,主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)聽取(qu)使(shi)用主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)體意見,主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)建設。對外服(fu)務應(ying)當主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)走出(chu)去,主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、熱情(qing)為讀者服(fu)務。再次要內(nei)外聯(lian)(lian)動(dong)(dong)(dong),不(bu)亂動(dong)(dong)(dong),相(xiang)互協(xie)(xie)作(zuo)配(pei)合(he)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館在(zai)館內(nei)要把各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)做好(hao),提高(gao)效率,增進活力(li),還要與校(xiao)內(nei)各(ge)學(xue)院部(bu)(bu)門聯(lian)(lian)動(dong)(dong)(dong),搞好(hao)資源、環(huan)境(jing)與文化建設。同(tong)時(shi)還要經(jing)常與本系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、與兄弟(di)院校(xiao)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館、專業(ye)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館、公共圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館加(jia)強(qiang)溝(gou)通,交流經(jing)驗,共同(tong)促進圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館事(shi)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發展。在(zai)復合(he)式(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)高(gao)素質(zhi)高(gao)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)才培養模式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)改(gai)革中(zhong),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館需(xu)要融(rong)入(ru)到學(xue)校(xiao)乃至省市、國(guo)家的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)協(xie)(xie)同(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)大平臺中(zhong)去,發揮著自身的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用。平臺有(you)變(bian)(bian)化,創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)無止(zhi)境(jing)。不(bu)管(guan)是(shi)(shi)橫向(xiang)縱向(xiang),不(bu)管(guan)是(shi)(shi)內(nei)部(bu)(bu)外部(bu)(bu),不(bu)管(guan)是(shi)(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)體任(ren)務還是(shi)(shi)輔助工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館都(dou)要牢固樹立協(xie)(xie)同(tong)意識(shi)、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)意識(shi)、文化育人(ren)意識(shi),做好(hao)自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),做出(chu)應(ying)有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)貢(gong)獻。
