[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書(shu)特有的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)底蘊和文(wen)化(hua)(hua)地位,對整個社會的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發展(zhan),甚而對經濟(ji)、科研、社會文(wen)明(ming)等方面的(de)進步起(qi)著舉(ju)足(zu)輕重(zhong)的(de)作(zuo)用。圖書(shu)館作(zuo)為古今中外最(zui)重(zhong)要的(de)藏書(shu)場(chang)所、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)天地,肩負著特別的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)使(shi)命(ming)和任務。高(gao)校圖書(shu)館在為教(jiao)學科研服務的(de)同(tong)時,更(geng)有著直接參與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人的(de)重(zhong)要使(shi)命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養(yang)“復合式創新(xin)型高素質高技(ji)(ji)(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)”,是(shi)新(xin)時期對職業院(yuan)校提出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)新(xin)要求,符合市場(chang)對新(xin)型技(ji)(ji)(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也切合技(ji)(ji)(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)未來發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)方向。全面推進(jin)“文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、復合育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、協(xie)同育(yu)人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培養(yang)模式改(gai)革,對職業院(yuan)校的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)與教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學提出(chu)(chu)了(le)新(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰(zhan),也說明(ming)了(le)新(xin)型技(ji)(ji)(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培育(yu)的(de)(de)復雜性。作(zuo)為(wei)傳統的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)主體部門、教(jiao)學輔(fu)助單(dan)位,圖書館理(li)當(dang)主動參與到文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)工作(zuo)中(zhong)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入(ru)落實“文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)”的人(ren)(ren)才培養理念,一方面(mian)(mian)要(yao)求圖書文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)升華(hua)拓展(zhan),衍(yan)進(jin)(jin)到書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),進(jin)(jin)而推動書香校(xiao)園,促(cu)進(jin)(jin)校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展(zhan),另一方面(mian)(mian)也從文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設(she)的角度對圖書館的具體工作提出了新的要(yao)求。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)(she)(she)是(shi)(shi)圖書(shu)館(guan)永恒的(de)(de)主題,今(jin)后應有三(san)個轉變,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結(jie)構(gou),三(san)是(shi)(shi)重點抓好特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)(she)(she)。圖書(shu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)(she)(she)實則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)(she)(she),是(shi)(shi)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的(de)(de)基礎。為(wei)形成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)(de)針對性(xing)、有效性(xing)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se),應進一(yi)步(bu)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)(xiao)外單(dan)位合(he)(he)作,加強合(he)(he)作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)(she)(she),加強文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題如職業(ye)素養、地方(fang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)收藏,一(yi)旦形成(cheng)規模,就(jiu)進行歸納(na)整理,集(ji)中(zhong)收藏,建立專(zhuan)(zhuan)題文(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購中(zhong),應有意識地進行專(zhuan)(zhuan)題采購,形成(cheng)特(te)色(se)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏書(shu)。也可(ke)發揮博(bo)物館(guan)功能(neng),收集(ji)地方(fang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料(liao)、非物質遺產,接受(shou)私人專(zhuan)(zhuan)題藏品,形成(cheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題數據庫或(huo)特(te)藏室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸(shen)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅(mei)力(li)。圖(tu)書館是服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)(ji)構,傳統圖(tu)書館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖(tu)書館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注(zhu)重文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通過服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師生(sheng),通過文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立一套基(ji)本的(de)(de)能滿足(zu)讀(du)者需求(qiu)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此基(ji)礎上(shang)(shang),要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教(jiao)師或重點團隊在縱深(shen)層(ceng)次的(de)(de)教(jiao)學科研活動(dong)中對(dui)文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個性需求(qiu),其次要(yao)在服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節(jie)、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態(tai)度、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上(shang)(shang)下功夫,引(yin)進(jin)新技術讓服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更高,服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更廣,如(ru)微博、短信(xin)、聊天群、手機(ji)(ji)圖(tu)書館、虛擬圖(tu)書館等,促進(jin)與讀(du)者的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)交流,文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。

  3、廣開文(wen)化活動(dong)——拓寬(kuan)文(wen)化平(ping)臺。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)是(shi)校園師(shi)(shi)生最重要的(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)集之(zhi)地。面向未來,我們提出除了要把圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)資源(yuan)信(xin)息中(zhong)(zhong)心之(zhi)外,還要建(jian)成(cheng)學(xue)習交流中(zhong)(zhong)心、文(wen)化活動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心和宣傳教育中(zhong)(zhong)心,實現(xian)由傳統大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)向一流、現(xian)代、新型大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)轉型。這(zhe)種轉型實際(ji)上賦(fu)予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)更多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化功(gong)能,不(bu)斷拓寬(kuan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化活動(dong)平(ping)臺,成(cheng)為學(xue)校育人的(de)(de)(de)重要渠道。近(jin)年來,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)在做好(hao)常(chang)規服務的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi),大(da)量舉辦主題(ti)(ti)文(wen)化展覽(lan)、館(guan)藏推介、閱讀(du)沙(sha)龍(long)、專題(ti)(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評競(jing)賽(sai)(sai)和技(ji)能比賽(sai)(sai)等,保(bao)持了館(guan)內(nei)每月有新的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化展示與(yu)(yu)文(wen)化活動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頻率(lv),通過教師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)(yu)學(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)者協會,與(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)生建(jian)立了廣泛的(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后(hou),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要不(bu)斷把館(guan)內(nei)各(ge)類文(wen)化活動(dong)搞(gao)好(hao)搞(gao)精彩,還要走出館(guan)舍(she),深(shen)入(ru)校園,并(bing)且走出校門,配合教學(xue)活動(dong)或師(shi)(shi)生的(de)(de)(de)專題(ti)(ti)活動(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化服務。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
