宋李(li)翔,中(zhong)共黨員,數創學(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)工辦(ban)負責人。雖(sui)說是今年初從管理(li)學(xue)院(yuan)輪崗來(lai)到數創學(xue)院(yuan),但從進校(xiao)伊始,宋李(li)翔已在學(xue)生管理(li)工作崗位(wei)辛勤耕耘(yun)九個年頭(tou),是學(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)工隊伍中(zhong)品(pin)格優秀、勤勉擔當(dang)、經驗豐(feng)富的中(zhong)堅力量(liang)。

宋李翔老師工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)敢(gan)于(yu)擔當,身先士卒(zu),高(gao)度自律(lv)。每天早上提前一(yi)個小時(shi)(shi)趕(gan)到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),下(xia)午最(zui)后一(yi)個離(li)開辦公室,關(guan)愛團隊(dui)(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan),注(zhu)重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍內部建設,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)專(zhuan)題研討、團隊(dui)(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)談(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)話(hua)、團隊(dui)(dui)(dui)活動(dong)(dong)等(deng)方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦營(ying)造出團結協作(zuo),拼搏奉(feng)獻的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)氛圍(wei)。每周2次實(shi)地檢查新(xin)生(sheng)早修情況,及時(shi)(shi)向新(xin)生(sheng)輔(fu)導(dao)員(yuan)反饋早晚修情況。積極通(tong)過(guo)(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)話(hua)、走訪(fang)宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)代(dai)表座談(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)等(deng)形(xing)式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)聲(sheng)音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)思想(xiang)動(dong)(dong)態,及時(shi)(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)排憂解難。自開展主題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)話(hua)80人次,宿(su)舍走訪(fang)4次。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)專(zhuan)業和培養特點,有針對(dui)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)活動(dong)(dong),與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)片,將活動(dong)(dong)育(yu)(yu)人、文化育(yu)(yu)人理念(nian)落(luo)實(shi)到位。同時(shi)(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄(qi)引導(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),而是通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴要(yao)求(qiu),敢(gan)碰硬的(de)(de)(de)(de)態度與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)家長、班主任、輔(fu)導(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)起進行后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)引導(dao)。羅(luo)馬城不(bu)是一(yi)天建成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de),一(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)團隊(dui)(dui)(dui)建設也不(bu)是一(yi)朝一(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴于(yu)律(lv)己的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)風和正(zheng)能量的(de)(de)(de)(de)積極傳遞才(cai)能讓新(xin)時(shi)(shi)期(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨支部的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設與(yu)時(shi)(shi)俱(ju)進,勇往直前。
