
宋李翔,中共黨員(yuan),數(shu)創學(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)工辦負責(ze)人。雖(sui)說是今年初(chu)從管理學(xue)院(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到數(shu)創學(xue)院(yuan),但從進校伊始,宋李翔已在學(xue)生管理工作崗(gang)位辛勤耕耘(yun)九(jiu)個年頭,是學(xue)校學(xue)工隊伍中品格優秀、勤勉擔當(dang)、經(jing)驗豐富的(de)中堅力量。
自“不忘(wang)初心,牢記(ji)使(shi)(shi)命”主(zhu)題教(jiao)育工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展以來,宋李翔(xiang)積(ji)極響應校黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)和學院黨(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)的(de)(de)號召(zhao),根據學校黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)和學院有關“不忘(wang)初心,牢記(ji)使(shi)(shi)命”主(zhu)題教(jiao)育統一(yi)部(bu)署(shu)和安排,積(ji)極組織學院學生(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)各項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學生(sheng)日常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)署(shu)、共落實,找準基層黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)重點(dian),扎(zha)實推進各項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)開展,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)以身作(zuo)(zuo)則、身先(xian)士卒、貼(tie)近(jin)學生(sheng)、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊(dui)伍(wu),服務于學生(sheng)成長成才,展現了學生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)書記(ji)應有的(de)(de)風(feng)采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上
作為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)書記(ji),宋李翔(xiang)深(shen)知展(zhan)示支部(bu)(bu)影(ying)響力和號召力,發揮(hui)團結(jie)引領(ling)作用(yong),形(xing)成磁場效應在(zai)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)思(si)想政(zheng)治教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作中(zhong)的(de)(de)重要(yao)性。因(yin)此(ci),他主動與綜(zong)合素(su)養(yang)突出(chu)(chu)、具有較強(qiang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)(ye)拼搏精(jing)神和過硬政(zheng)治素(su)養(yang)的(de)(de)同學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)積極(ji)接觸,通過積極(ji)分(fen)子(zi)座談、發展(zhan)對(dui)象談話(hua)等(deng)形(xing)式將教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)發展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)這一學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)中(zhong)心工(gong)作落(luo)實到(dao)位。他時刻提醒積極(ji)分(fen)子(zi)、發展(zhan)對(dui)象和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)處理(li)好(hao)日常(chang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)與做(zuo)好(hao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組織工(gong)作的(de)(de)關系(xi)(xi)、政(zheng)治理(li)論(lun)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)與主業(ye)(ye)課(ke)程(cheng)的(de)(de)關系(xi)(xi),使(shi)支部(bu)(bu)涌(yong)現出(chu)(chu)如梁家茵(yin)、溫嘉慶(qing)等(deng)綜(zong)合素(su)質突出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)。認(ren)(ren)真貫徹落(luo)實黨(dang)(dang)(dang)中(zhong)央(yang)(yang)、廣東省委(wei)、深(shen)圳市委(wei)和校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)關于(yu)(yu)主題教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作的(de)(de)各(ge)項(xiang)部(bu)(bu)署(shu),積極(ji)召集支部(bu)(bu)全體師(shi)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)《習(xi)近平新時代中(zhong)國特色社會(hui)(hui)(hui)主義思(si)想學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)綱要(yao)》、習(xi)總書記(ji)關于(yu)(yu)主題教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)講話(hua)和中(zhong)央(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)有關部(bu)(bu)署(shu)等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)活(huo)動。在(zai)新生(sheng)入學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)第一時間開展(zhan)入黨(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),利用(yong)早晚修時間,組織全體2019級新生(sheng)集中(zhong)觀看《我們走在(zai)大(da)路上》專題片,積極(ji)弘揚愛國熱情(qing)。認(ren)(ren)真對(dui)照(zhao)校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)文件(jian),嚴格規范學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)支部(bu)(bu)“三會(hui)(hui)(hui)一課(ke)”記(ji)錄,支部(bu)(bu)會(hui)(hui)(hui)議(yi)記(ji)錄本被當(dang)成標桿記(ji)錄本在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總支內部(bu)(bu)進行(xing)傳(chuan)閱學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)。宋李翔(xiang)努力為師(shi)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)排憂解難,積極(ji)解答(da)新發展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)發展(zhan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)的(de)(de)疑惑和困(kun)難,利用(yong)暑假主動為畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)聯系(xi)(xi)組織關系(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)移(yi)單(dan)位,耐心解答(da)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)各(ge)種問題,大(da)力協助畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)完成組織關系(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)移(yi),深(shen)受畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)好(hao)評。

宋李翔老師工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中敢(gan)于(yu)(yu)擔當,身先士卒,高度自律。每(mei)天早(zao)上提前(qian)(qian)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)離開辦公(gong)室,關(guan)愛團隊(dui)(dui)成員,注(zhu)重(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內部建(jian)設,通(tong)過專(zhuan)題(ti)研討、團隊(dui)(dui)成員談(tan)(tan)(tan)心(xin)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話、團隊(dui)(dui)活(huo)動(dong)等(deng)方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦營(ying)造(zao)出團結(jie)協作,拼搏(bo)奉獻的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作氛圍(wei)。每(mei)周(zhou)2次(ci)實地檢查(cha)新生(sheng)早(zao)修情(qing)況,及時(shi)向新生(sheng)輔導(dao)員反饋早(zao)晚(wan)修情(qing)況。積(ji)極通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話、走訪(fang)(fang)宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)(tan)等(deng)形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)思(si)想動(dong)態,及時(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)排(pai)憂解難。自開展(zhan)主(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作以(yi)來,主(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話80人次(ci),宿(su)舍走訪(fang)(fang)4次(ci)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中能(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)專(zhuan)業(ye)和培養特點,有針對性的開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)活(huo)動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)片,將活(huo)動(dong)育(yu)人、文化育(yu)人理念(nian)落實到位。同時(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后(hou)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)絕不(bu)放(fang)棄引(yin)導(dao)教(jiao)育(yu),而是(shi)(shi)通(tong)過嚴(yan)要求(qiu),敢(gan)碰硬的態度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)家長(chang)、班主(zhu)任、輔導(dao)員一(yi)(yi)起進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的教(jiao)育(yu)引(yin)導(dao)。羅馬城不(bu)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)天建(jian)成的,一(yi)(yi)流(liu)的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作團隊(dui)(dui)建(jian)設也不(bu)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過嚴(yan)于(yu)(yu)律己的作風和正能(neng)量的積(ji)極傳遞才(cai)能(neng)讓新時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨支部的建(jian)設與時(shi)俱進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),勇往(wang)直前(qian)(qian)。
